Autonomous Organizations and Student Clubs for the 113th Academic Year

Please kindly pay attention to the following matters:

1. Please assist in verifying whether the registered club names, evaluation groupings, and charter approval statuses are correct. If there are any discrepancies, please send an email to yunray58@ntu.edu.tw for correction before 12:00 PM on January 15th (Monday). (No extensions will be granted due to the need to confirm the evaluation groupings of each club and complete subsequent related tasks.)

   Also, please be sure to clearly state the club name and the correction item in the email.

2. For the postal passbook, please follow the updated information from the 112-1 academic year. If it has been updated to 112-2, it will also be considered updated. If it has not been updated yet, please promptly complete the club registration and update the postal passbook. Send the cover of the new postal passbook to yunray58@ntu.edu.tw before March 1st (Friday) to complete this evaluation item. (If the cover of the new postal passbook is not received by March 1st, this item will not be scored.)

3. The evaluation forms for club advisors are expected to be sent out by January 22nd. Advisors are requested to complete the online evaluation form by 5:00 PM on February 16th (Friday). If the evaluation is not received within the deadline, zero points will be awarded for this item. If any extracurricular group receives online evaluation forms from advisors, updates will be made to the form periodically (the update date will be announced in the form title). Please pay attention to these updates and keep in touch with the club advisor to complete this evaluation item.
